JCtrans: Would you please make a brief introduction of your company?

Yogi Santosa: DSL Establish on 2016, we located in West Jakarta Indonesia. We have 15 Staff (Customer Service/ Trucking Div/Finance and Accounting/IT). In order to support our Logistics Industry, we have own 10 haulage, 5 CDE and 5 CDD. We also have own Field Operation team working 24 hours.

JCtrans: Would you please talk about your core-competitiveness?

Yogi Santosa: Current we handle some Big Customer Such as Toray Group (Jepanesse Company), USG Boral Jayaboard, And Henkel (Chemical Company). Mostly their using Sea Shipment with volume more than 300 teus per month. So our Competitive is Sea Services both of Export and Import. For Henkel we handle DG shipment , so this is also our core competitiveness.

JCtrans: What do you think is the most important thing to run a logistics company?

Yogi Santosa: Honestly Team and Careless : to built up the trust with customer

JCtrans: Would you please talk about the situation of logistic industry in your country?

Yogi Santosa: Industry in Indonesia running as usual, Export import activity running even though slow respond in custom process.

JCtrans: Would you please talk about your strategy to explore foreign market?

Yogi Santosa: Digging to customer their needed beside logistics services, then we searching agent who can support it through JC trans network.

JCtrans: What is the reason that makes you become a GCP member to develop your business?

Yogi Santosa: Find out best agent who can provide competitive price and best service. Expand the business.

JCtrans: How do you maintain a long-term cooperation relationship with your clients?

Yogi Santosa: By handling their shipment with careless, on time and honestly.
